H.E.A.L International is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering refugee and immigrant individuals and families in the City of Buffalo. Our mission is to promote self-sufficiency, education, workforce readiness, and overall well-being through culturally responsive programs and strong community partnerships.

We work with youth, women, and families who face social, economic, and cultural barriers as they adjust to life in the United States. By providing safe, structured, and supportive programs, we help participants build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to successfully navigate American society and plan for a stable future.
