The H.E.A.L Women Empowerment Program supports women through comprehensive services that promote economic independence, communication skills, and overall well-being. Program activities include financial literacy education, adult ESL and American cultural education, job assistance, interpretation services, and health awareness workshops. This program addresses the unique challenges faced by refugee and immigrant women by equipping them with practical tools to navigate American society, access employment, and advocate for themselves and their families.
Goal: Buffalo families are single parents. H.E.A.L seeks to provide support to refugee women in order to develop independence.
